The key operating philosophies of the Collex Collision Experts Inc. organization revolve around time tested principles. Our source of reference for wisdom and knowledge is, the Bible.

• WE BELIEVE IN GOD THE FATHER, THE SON, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT.
"In all the ways acknowledge Him, and he shall direct thy paths." (Proverbs 3:6)


• RESPECT ONE ANOTHER, EACH MEMBER OF THE TEAM IS IMPORTANT.
"The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don’t need you!" And the hand cannot say to the feet, "I don’t need you!" (1 Corinthians 12:21)


• WE VALUE THE INPUT AND IDEAS OF THE TEAM. DECISION-MAKING SHOULD BE BASED UPON SOUND LOGIC.
