A FREE car care clinic at Collex Collision Wayne
3/25/2010 - Wayne, Mich. – Collex Collision Experts will hold its first FREE Car Care Clinic on April 22, 2010 from 3pm-7pm.
This FREE event will be held at Collex Collision Wayne. Collex Collision is also partnering with Belle Tire and Hertz Rental Car for this event. This Car Care Clinic will educate the public on various different safety and maintenance issues that may arise. Some of the topics that will be included are safe tire changes, changing your oil, checking fluids, what to look for in a vehicle repair, and much more information! Food and refreshment will be provided by Collex Collision.

PR Log (Press Release) – Mar 11, 2010 – Collex Collision is excited to announce our new program “e-Estimate”!
Often times we receive telephone calls from our customers who give us
the year, make and model of their car, explain where the damage is
located and then ask “How much will it cost to fix it?” Our reply has always been “We need you to bring your vehicle in so that we can assess the damages”. Now we have a new program “e-Estimate” that will give our customers the convenience of getting estimates without coming in.
Customers will be directed to our website where they will click on the e-Estimate logo. From there they will follow a simple three-step process:
1. Take up to five digital pictures of the damage.
2. Fill out a simple form.
3. Attach the pictures to the file and email them to us.
Within one day, a representative from Collex Collision will contact you with the estimate. These estimates will not be binding, as no estimate is, but they will give the vehicle owner a “ballpark figure.”
All customer information will be strictly used for internal use. Collex Collision does not sell or exploit your information to any other entity or company. Collex Collision uses the strictest standards and protocols to protect our customer’s information.

COLLEX RECEIVES AUTOCHEX AWARD
All four Collex shops that are part of Allstate's PRO Shop Program
received the Autochex Premier Achiever Award for 2007. The four shops are: Clinton Twp., Rochester, Ann Arbor and Washington.
The award is given in recognition of “Exceptionally high customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.” It's presented to only the top five percent of the collision shops that are part of the Allstate program.

COLLEX OPENS IN FLORIDA
Collex Collision Experts, the preeminent collision repair company in Southeast Michigan, has gone national! Collex opened it's first location outside of the Great Lakes State with a facility in Fort Myers, Florida.
This is the first of several locations planned for Southwest Florida.
The new shop, located at 12791 Metro Parkway, will offer the same amenities and services as the Michigan locations. These include a free financing program, “AutoWatch,” a program which allows customers to monitor the repair progress of their vehicles on line, complete inside-outside cleaning of every vehicle and a lifetime warranty on all workmanship and paint.
Joe Martin is the general manager of the new facility. Joe, a transplanted Michigander, formally managed the company's flagship facility in Clinton Twp., Michigan. John Perry, formerly of Heritage Collision, is the customer service manager.
